The future of Brentwood

A new residential development in Burnaby is being showcased as a model for what the Brentwood community has to look forward to. Affinity, by Bosa, was featured in a 150-realtor event last month called Brentwood 2020.

Located in the heart of Brentwood's thriving retail, entertainment, shopping, and dining district, Affinity is just 18 minutes from downtown Vancouver via SkyTrain and is ideally situated on the Lougheed Highway transportation corridor.

The two-phase 24- and 29-storey structures will feature a collection of 291 residences priced from less than $300,000, with 40 per cent of the suites under $400,000. Many homes feature views that vary from Mount Baker to the North Shore Mountains.

Kitchens and bathrooms will be outfitted with chic granite countertops and Kohler fixtures and all homes include a stainless steel appliance package featuring: A slide-in gas range, over-the-range microwave, refrigerator with bottom mount freezer and integrated control panel dishwasher. Flooring will be laminated hardwood in kitchen, living and dining areas.

"Looking to year 2020, the next decade will see continued evolution, elegance, urbanity, refinement and maturation for Brentwood Town Centre."

All homes at Affinity feature balconies or patio space (except studios). Amenities include a one-acre rooftop garden, tranquil Zen garden, fitness facility and social lounge with kitchen and entertainment space.
